All our chocolate is made without gluten. However, the store is not a gluten-free facility. Although we have a separate kitchen for chocolate and cakes, flour is airborne so cross-contamination of gluten is possible.
Additionally, our truffles are all made without gluten, except for Irish Coffee and Champagne, as they are coated in icing sugar. Icing sugar contains cornstarch which may have adverse effects for those with gluten allergies.

All our dark chocolate containing 54% cocoa and higher is dairy free. Milk and white chocolate contain milk and we do not carry these in dairy-free options.

Whole Fruit chocolate is a chocolate made 100% from pure cocoa fruit. This means that the sugar used to sweeten the chocolate is made with the pulp of the cocoa bean. It is 72% cocoa and the remaining sugars are obtained from cocoa pulp. It also contains no additives like vanilla or soy lecithin.
Our chocolate bars without soy lecithin are Venezuela, Tanzania, Ecuador, and Whole Fruit. All other bars are made with soy lecithin.
